What impressed you about Eurosets and what would you tell someone who doesn’t know the company?
When I joined Eurosets, the first thing that struck me was the nice, bright and welcoming environment! I am convinced that companies often underestimate this aspect, which is actually very important for improving the work performance of employees and for the success of the company itself.
Since you have been with the company, what is the project you have worked on that best represents the spirit of the company?
My role in Eurosets does not involve the development of products, but I must say that the project that most involved the “Human Resources” team is ECMOLife.
In fact, this device is linked to a one-of-a-kind experience: Saida, a patient saved and kept alive by our device, who then became one of our employees.
I think this represents the spirit of the company.
What does our belief ‘Every Life Matters’ represent for you?
“Every Life Matters” for me represents the spirit that the Human Resources Team must have to carry out its mission: every single person within the company contributes to the success of Eurosets, bringing its added value.
