What impressed you about Eurosets and what would you tell someone who doesn’t know the company?
Despite being a rapidly growing company, which has grown from 250 to 400 employees in less than two years, Eurosets still preserves a “family-friendly” environment, where you get to know the person before the colleague.
It’s a very stimulating and a very beneficial environment for comparison. Collective discussion allows us to face any difficulty together, always seeking the best solution to the problem.
Since you have been with the company, what is the project you have worked on that best represents the spirit of the company?
Talking about projects, I can not fail to mention our Service project related to Master Class, strongly wanted by the whole team.
The Masterclasses are training classes in attendance, which I personally chair two weeks a year for all the technicians in the world who want to learn how to install, test and repair our electromedicals.
Thanks to the Masterclasses I had the opportunity to know and teach technicians and engineers from all over the world, holding a very interesting dialogue for the growth of the Service Team.
In September 2023 there will be the third edition of the Masterclass and all the available places have been booked in a very short time, a sign that this project is nice, useful and it is something we must continue to invest on.
I couldn’t be more proud of it!
What does our belief ‘Introducing innovation into conventional solutionst’ represent for you?
For me, it means continuing to improve ourselves and our work, without forgetting where we started.
Eurosets has made great strides in recent years, especially with the birth of two complex, technological and innovative devices such as ECMOLife and Colibrì, which have marked a step forward in the world of ECMO treatments.
I think that the speed and dynamism in finding cutting-edge solutions is our strong point, and the fact that we do it always taking into account what was before allows us to improve day after day!
