What impressed you about Eurosets and what would you tell someone who doesn’t know the company?
The freedom you can have in taking and pursuing your own choices, obviously according to your job duties. Any proposal of improvement is always taken into account. The fact that it is not implemented, does not necessarily mean that it is wrong, but that the time may not be ripe.
Since you have been with the company, what is the project you have worked on that best represents the spirit of the company?
My arrival is contextual to EcmoLife, the turning point: a project entirely wanted, desired and designed by Eurosets, which has been able to prevent the needs of the patient, with cutting-edge technology and concept, but extremely usable. Just like Eurosets: made up of people who see beyond, who do not stop at the problem, but do everything to prevent it.
What does our belief ‘Introducing innovation into conventional solutions’ represent for you?
Our mission is fundamental for everyone who works at Eurosets: from the CEO to the clean room operator. Innovation is our common thread, and for me, who coordinates the activities of complaint management, must be the live motive of the daily routine: to use a problem as a source of improvement, change, progress and development. But all this must remain within the reach of the healthcare provider and, above all, the patient. “Every Life Matters” is not surprisingly our motto.
